Getting VA into more hands
Distribution is the bottleneck now, not engineering. The product works; the job is getting it in front of people whose loops are currently open.
Natural-language analytics for the business
Taking AIICO INTELLECT past documents and into numbers, so an executive can ask a business question directly and trace the answer back to its source.
AI adoption where there is no AI team
Driving adoption and innovation inside a large insurer — which is mostly a trust and workflow problem wearing a technology costume.
PyCon Nigeria 2025 and the ecosystem around it
Chairing the conference, sitting on the Python Nigeria board, and leading the grants team for PyCon Africa. Ecosystems, not just products.
