A site should hold itself to the same rules as the software.

This site exists to make one argument and back it with evidence. Everything that does not serve that was left out — which is why there is no hero image, no testimonial carousel, and no list of technology logos.

The mark

The script “Jetemi” is the mark, and it was the mark before this site existed — it opens every video, sits on every flyer, and is what people who know me recognise. A site is not the place to introduce a second identity, so it is used here exactly as it is used everywhere else.

One secondary glyph earns its place: a loop drawn most of the way round, with a single amber dot where it closes. An open loop is the problem. The dot is the work. It is a punctuation mark, not a logo — which is also why the favicon is a scriptJ and that same dot.

The type

Sora for anything that makes a claim, Inter for anything that explains it, and JetBrains Mono for anything that labels or measures. Sora is not chosen for this site — it is the face the flyers and video captions were already set in. Matching it costs nothing and buys recognition.

The colour

The palette is not new either. Indigo #6C5CE7 and amber#F5A524 are lifted straight from the brand kit that renders the flyers and the video bookends, turned onto a light ground because a page you read for four minutes is not a graphic you glance at for four seconds.

Two colours, two jobs, and they never swap. Indigo is structure — presence, seams, the fact that this is mine. Amber closes a loop, and marks nothing else: the dot, the status, the rule beside the thing that got finished. When one colour means one thing, it keeps meaning it.

Amber is a fill, never a letterform. At #F5A524 on this ground it clears 1.9:1, which is not a colour you can read — so wherever it has to carry text it is replaced by a darker amber and the bright one goes underneath, as a rule or a mark.

The weight

Static HTML, self-hosted fonts, no analytics and no third-party scripts. A personal site that needs a loading spinner has misunderstood the assignment — and a Lagos connection on a bad day is the only benchmark that matters.
